Are you an experienced BMS Engineer looking for your next challenge?

We're looking for a talented BMS Support Engineer to join our Southern Support team, reporting to the Regional Operations Manager. Working primarily on Trend Controls and IQ Vision systems, you'll support a varied portfolio of customer sites, carrying out planned maintenance, fault finding, repairs and technical support activities.

What You'll Do

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance on Trend BMS systems.

• Diagnose and resolve faults to ensure systems continue to operate effectively and efficiently.

• Complete small repairs, remedial works and system modifications.

• Respond to service calls and support customers during system failures and outages.

• Carry out routine inspections and health checks of BMS equipment.

• Produce clear and accurate service reports following site visits.

• Build strong relationships with customers by providing professional and responsive technical support.

• Participate in the out-of-hours call-out rota.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience working within the Building Management Systems (BMS) industry.

• Strong knowledge of Trend Controls and IQ Vision is essential.

• Experience of Siemens, Tridium Niagara, Schneider EcoStruxure or other BMS platforms would be advantageous.

• Excellent fault-finding, diagnostic and problem-solving skills.

• Good understanding of HVAC plant and mechanical building services.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues to customers.

• Able to work independently while contributing to a wider support team.

• Good IT and report-writing skills.

• Willingness to participate in an on-call rota.

• Full UK driving licence.

• Located within a reasonable travelling distance of Farnborough.
