Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Managing the electrical installation process across a number of high-value, complex projects

• Ensure all BMSI governance and Health & Safety procedures are understood and followed
• Working to tight deadlines and budgets, maintaining high standards throughout

• Interpreting electrical drawings, control schematics and MEP drawings confidently and accurately
• Work closely with internal team members, contractors and sub-contractors to ensure a consistent and smooth project delivery
• Setting to work electrical sub-contractors working for BMSI and ensuring the works are compliant and labour levels are correct to meet the programme
• Providing technical support and maintaining a professional, customer-focused approach

What We’re Looking For:

• You must be a fully qualified electrician to Level 3, have a Site Manager Black Card and be SMSTS certified
• Positive and proactive approach to Health & Safety
• Demonstrable experience managing BMS electrical installation electricians as a Project Manager or Supervisor
• A keen understanding of the components of a BMS system and the standards required around their installation
• Demonstrable experience with understanding air, hydraulic and electrical systems
• Proficiency in reading electrical/control wiring diagrams
• Good ability to maintain records, trackers and reports
• Strong teamworking and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and a quality-first attitude
• Flexibility to travel to sites across Central London and nearby areas
